Vacant Home Staging Service – Full Furnishings 
Your vacant property will go from a blank slate to a perfectly painted picture that will welcome buyers in with warm, open and comfortable spaces.  We will create a design that accentuates your property’s unique style and features, and centers on flow and balance throughout the home.  We can stage the entire home with beautiful furnishings and accessories or focus on key rooms.  

Vacant Home Staging Service – A Touch of Home
On a tight budget?  Adding well chosen, perfectly placed accessories brings a touch of warmth and a feeling of  home to vacant properties.  Clients love our inexpensive accessory packages and the huge impact they make when marketing a vacant home.

Occupied Home Staging Service 
Our clients are always amazed with the results of this service!  We start the process by walking through your home with you and viewing it as a buyer would.  We will make recommendations ranging from simple de-cluttering and furniture placement, to paint and updating when needed.  From there you can tell us how much you would like us to help with.  Leave for the day and let us do all the work, or take on some homework and we will come back to complete the final touches!  We will “shop” your home for accessories and decor items and may make suggestions for additional key items to be purchased when needed.  We also have an excellent relationship with a full service home remodeling contractor that can help with anything from a basic to-do list of repairs to full room remodels, painting (interior and exterior), flooring, and just about anything else you can think of.

**There are not set fees for the above services as each job is customized based on the property size and budget.  Therefore, we will be glad to visit your property and provide a bid FREE of charge. **  

Occupied Home Staging Consultation 
Our occupied home staging consultation consists of a 2 hour property review of your home which is followed up with a Priority Report.  During the consultation we will do a very detailed walk through of your home starting at the curb and continuing throughout each room, studying your home as a buyer would.  The Priority Report will bring it all together and guide you in preparing your home for the market, focusing your effort and money where you will see the greatest returns.  This is a very detailed report and our clients love it! 

The fee for this service is $200 

 Shopping Service 
We know where to shop for the best items at the best price and even get “Designer Discounts” at some great stores.  If you need help purchasing new items to complete your staging or for your new home, we will create a budget and shop for items that will serve as an investment in your home.  Simple, inexpensive items go a long way in changing the look of a room.
